Organic Appe Midi Pickle (ಅಪ್ಪೆ ಮಿಡಿ ಉಪ್ಪಿನಕಾಯಿ) is a traditional recepie made  by mixture of Hand picked tender mangoes (Appe Midi - ಅಪ್ಪೆ ಮಿಡಿ) from the river banks of Ripponpet sorrounding areas and Uttara Kannada district of Malnd region in Karnataka.
 
Ingredients for Appe Midi Pickle / ಅಪ್ಪೆ ಮಿಡಿ ಉಪ್ಪಿನಕಾಯಿ : Raw mango(Appemidi), Hingu, Jeera, Red Chilly powder.
