Our Foxtail Millet Rava | Navane Rave is sourced from small-scale farmers who follow chemical-free and sustainable agricultural practices. Unlike commercial semolina, this rava is minimally processed to ensure the nutrient-dense bran layer remains intact. ​Akkadi Roots is a dedicated organic farmers' collective focused on restoring traditional, unpolished grains to Bengaluru kitchens.
